The curriculum covers production-ready project planning, dimensionally accurate blockouts, and advanced subdivision modeling. Students explore alternative workflows including CAD modeling in Plasticity, ZBrush polishing, and mesh bashing with the Marmoset bevel shader. The program also addresses UV mapping optimization, object baking, texturing, and game engine integration. The mentor's primary blockout and modeling workflow utilizes Maya and Plasticity, though the core conceptual techniques are software-agnostic and applicable to Blender workflows.
