Helmet Modeling & Texturing

This course covers the workflow for creating a historically-inspired Chalcidian helmet asset. Over 100 minutes of video lessons span nine chapters, detailing the process from initial 3D modeling to the final render. Topics include modeling techniques, UV mapping, and setting up particle hair within Blender. The course also demonstrates exporting the model to Substance Painter for texturing, modifying smart materials, and importing the final textures back into Blender for rendering. Source files, including the complete Blender and Substance Painter project files, are provided alongside the final helmet model.
