Modular Building Creation for Games Vol 1

This tutorial course covers the creation of modular buildings for game environments. The instruction covers project planning, modular asset creation, material creation, and level art and architecture within Unreal Engine.

The course provides over 10 hours of video content divided into 21 chapters. While the primary modeling instruction uses 3ds Max, bonus files demonstrating the modeling process in Blender are included. The course utilizes universal techniques, allowing users to adapt the workflow to other 3D software. Texture creation is taught using Substance 3D Painter, and the final setup is completed in Unreal Engine 5.4, with some work in Photoshop. All project files, including the building and additional scene assets, are provided.
