zForm is a Blender add-on that converts single images, image sequences, and video frames into 3D meshes using pre-existing depth maps. It provides an interface within the 3D View to automate the modifier setup process for depth-based mesh generation.
The tool includes features for adjusting mesh properties such as subdivision levels, smoothing, and depth strength. It offers material property controls and options to deform the generated meshes using bend, twist, taper, and stretch. An 'Explore 360' mode allows equirectangular or skybox images to be mapped into exploreable environments without requiring a depth map. Animations can be exported in GLB/GLTF formats.
