Kwobbler

The Kwobbler addon applies a PlayStation 1 style vertex snapping and wobbling effect to 3D meshes using an integrated geometry node setup. Users can replicate the distinctive fixed-point mathematical aesthetic associated with retro gaming platforms. The tool includes various wobble displacement patterns, ranging from classic sine-based jitter to chunky low-framerate stepping and chaotic tearing.

Wobble intensity, hold frames, and grid-based quantization can be fine-tuned alongside axis-specific constraints. The tool supports isolating the effect using vertex group masking and processing multiple objects simultaneously. Additionally, the final modifier can be baked directly into the mesh for straightforward export to game engines.
