Bone Recoil FX

Bone Recoil FX is a tool for generating procedural secondary motion on armatures without relying on physics simulations. It allows users to apply recoil, jiggle, and wobble effects directly to bone rotation, location, and scale. The generated motion is baked into standard F-Curve keyframes, keeping the workflow straightforward and editable. The tool offers two non-destructive workflows: an additive mode that layers the procedural motion over existing animation, and a replacement mode that overwrites keyframes only within a designated frame range. Users can fine-tune the procedural motion using amplitude, frequency, damping, and start direction parameters. The add-on also includes a preset system for saving and loading custom settings, and supports both Euler and Quaternion rotation modes to accommodate different rigging setups.
