BakeFlow is a Blender add-on that streamlines the workflow from retopology and UV preparation to baking and Marmoset Toolbag integration. It provides utilities for mesh and UV preparation, naming and visibility management, and direct handoff to Marmoset Toolbag with configurable map presets.

The add-on includes three main modules accessible from the N sidebar. UV Helper provides tools to select edges by angle, create contour loops, assign seams and sharp edges, clear split normals, add modifiers, and detect n-gons. Baking Supply automates high and low mesh naming, suffix management, visibility controls, and FBX export. Marmoset Bridge enables direct export and launch to Marmoset Toolbag, optional quick bake execution from Blender, and configurable settings for resolution, samples, pixel depth, file format, and per-map controls.
