Texture Baking Assistant is an add-on that automates and optimizes Blender's native texture baking processes. It features several dedicated baking modes tailored to different workflows. The Individual Material Baking mode isolates and bakes multiple materials on a single object into separate textures, while the All Material to One mode consolidates them into a single texture atlas. For high-to-low poly workflows, the Selected to Active mode transfers details between objects. Additionally, the tool includes a Node Output mode for baking specific shader nodes directly.
The add-on supports full PBR texture baking from the Principled BSDF node and allows exporting in the OpenEXR format. It includes batch processing features, automatically organizing baked textures into object-specific folders, and provides a progress bar with cancellation support during the baking operation.
