Sturdy is a procedural, non-photorealistic shader for Blender's EEVEE render engine that generates stylized, painterly brushstrokes. The material reacts to scene lighting and does not require UV mapping or image textures to function.

The shader provides controls for adjusting brushwork characteristics such as scale, bristle thinness, crunchiness, and sharpness. Additional parameters include a sfumato effect for softening color transitions and an auto-rotating factor that dictates how strokes behave when the camera orbits the mesh. The product includes a standard node group for general light and color control, as well as an advanced setup with an 11-stop color palette for precise fine-tuning.
