Round Inset

Round Inset is a modeling operator for Blender that allows users to inset individual faces while preserving the original shape of round corners. It includes an overlap prevention feature that stops geometry from intersecting during the inset operation, functioning on both rounded and standard faces. Users control the tool through a threshold setting that differentiates between corners to preserve and long edges to shrink. Additional parameters allow users to scale the corners independently and auto-merge collapsed vertices based on a custom distance threshold. The operator is accessed via the right-click context menu in Edit mode.
