Ossim is an add-on that bakes rigid body and cloth physics simulations into armatures and skinned geometry. This process converts complex, dynamically calculated physics animations into standard skeletal animation data, allowing the simulations to be exported to real-time game engines like Unreal Engine and Unity.

The tool automates the generation of bones and weights for simulated pieces, such as geometry fractured using tools like Cell Fracture. Once the simulation is baked into a rig, the armature can be keyframed and exported alongside the skinned mesh using standard formats.
