Knit & Purl is a procedural knit fabric shader for Blender that recreates detailed knitted textile patterns without relying on image textures. The node-based setup generates a correct knit and purl stitch structure, allowing for resolution-independent rendering suitable for close-up macro shots. Users can customize the material's appearance through adjustable parameters in the node group, including scale, fabric flexibility, hairiness, stitch width, and column or row spacing. The material is compatible with both the Cycles and EEVEE render engines.
