Mesh to Wooden Planks

A Geometry Nodes setup that converts mesh surfaces into arranged wooden planks. The tool adapts to mesh contours and allows plank placement along face normals, with density responding to the underlying mesh topology. Users can control the plank direction along the X, Y, or Z axis and customize the appearance with settings for shade smoothness and random seed distribution. Additional options include generating continuous or segmented planks, adjusting gap and thickness offsets, and applying vertex displacement for weathered or bent effects.
