Floor Generator is a procedural Geometry Nodes modifier that transforms standard mesh surfaces into generated floorboards or tile layouts. Users can apply the tool directly to a plane and control structural parameters such as individual board dimensions, grout width, row distribution offsets, and extrusion thickness. It features edge beveling and the ability to tilt boards to simulate uneven surfaces, alongside options to filter out excessively small mesh fragments at the edges of the floor boundary.
The tool natively handles UV mapping by assigning isolated sections to each generated element. It supports two primary material mapping workflows: a multi-texture node structure that accommodates up to eight distinct image textures, and a seamless layout that applies randomized UV offsets to individual planks using a single seamless material. The source file includes 56 pre-configured materials covering wood and tile variations, designed to integrate with the Asset Browser.
