World Blender

World Blender is a procedural landscape generation toolkit built on Blender's Geometry Nodes and Shader Nodes. It provides a non-destructive, modular node system for generating detailed environments and terrains from a single base mesh.

The toolset includes features for foundational shaping, such as fractal displacement and object-driven control, which allows users to carve or shape landscapes using external meshes and curves. It supports a sculpt-to-procedural workflow and allows for the import of grayscale height maps from external software like Gaea or World Machine. The terracing system includes uniform, fractal, and cell styles for generating sedimentary layers or stylized formations.

To control the placement of effects, World Blender includes mask builders that eliminate the need for manual weight painting. Users can generate masks dynamically based on camera view, distance, texture coordinates, or underlying landscape data.
