Profile Shape Node

This Geometry Nodes asset provides a dedicated group node to reproduce standard profile shapes within node trees. It mimics the behavior of proportional edit falloffs and other common Blender shape controls. Users can feed input values into the node and select from smooth, sphere, root, inverse square, sharp, linear, and random profile types.

The node includes varying mix methods such as add, subtract, multiply, divide, and replace to blend the processed shape back into the input sequence. Additionally, a dedicated random panel offers controls for scale, roughness, and seed when using the random profile shape.
