Motion Textures is a node group that allows users to quickly load and arrange multiple images on a single material. It is designed for repetitive materials like playing cards, books, leaves, newspapers, windows, and photo walls. The node group uses UDIM tiles, requiring images to be renamed with a specific index sequence starting at 1001. It supports up to 998 images.
The tool provides several controls for organizing the textures. Users can define rows and columns, flip the mapped image order horizontally or vertically, reverse the order, or apply a snake-like 'turn back' pattern. A ping-pong arrangement is also available. For non-sequential layouts, a random option with an adjustable seed is included. It is compatible with Cycles and EEVEE, and can be used alongside the Array modifier and Geometry Nodes.
