This collection provides a library of modular kitbash assets designed for assembling city office towers. The assets are organized into multiple packs, including an Office Starter Pack, Rooftop Assets, and an Extra Prefab Pack. The starter pack features foundational elements like sidewalk tiles, base walls, window sets, beveled and square base corners with awnings, wall dividers, and ledge variations. The rooftop pack includes detailing elements such as antennas, cell towers, radar dishes, roof exits, skylights, air conditioning units, and ducting segments. The prefab pack offers pre-assembled structural sections like 8x6 and 4x4 configurations for quicker assembly. The models are provided in FBX format.
