This collection provides over 380 modular assets and props for constructing urban environments in Blender. The kit includes more than 250 modular building components such as walls, doors, windows, and balconies, alongside 10 pre-made store fronts and 15 awnings. It also features over 100 street and rooftop decoration props including signs.

The assets are designed to snap together and are fully UV unwrapped to support seamless textures. The pack utilizes custom shaders that generate variations per object to reduce repetition within the scene. Two pre-built modular buildings are included to demonstrate how to assemble the individual pieces.
