This asset kit provides a collection of 31 modular residential buildings designed for various science fiction settings, including cyberpunk, dystopia, and near-future environments. The models feature utilitarian design language suitable for populating dense cityscapes.

In addition to the core buildings, the collection includes 20 residential props such as air conditioners, antennas, and ventilation shafts for detailing building facades. The complete kit contains 114 individual building modules and prop meshes, delivered in .blend and .fbx formats, and includes the original high-poly source meshes.
