Scan Data Visualizer is a tool that converts CT and MRI scan data into 3D volumes. The product includes two different methods for volumetric visualization. The shader-based setup operates within a material, facilitating color adjustments and boolean operations. Alternatively, the geometry nodes setup functions as a modifier, enabling the generation of physical meshes from the scan data. An additional Blender file is provided to generate the necessary flipbook images by importing scan slices as image planes.
