This add-on provides a streamlined workflow for updating sculpt brush settings when opening older blend files in newer versions of Blender. Since brush settings are stored within individual blend files, older projects retain outdated brush behaviors until manually updated.

This tool detects version mismatches and enables users to reset all sculpt brushes simultaneously. The process can be configured to run automatically on load, either silently, via a dialog prompt, or by checking for outdated files first. Custom brushes can be excluded from the reset process by adding an underscore to the beginning of their name.
