Re-View is an add-on that provides a dedicated sidebar panel for managing scene visibility without navigating the Outliner. It allows users to control collection visibility individually or in sequence, making it straightforward to compare design alternatives, iterate through elements, and isolate specific groups into Blender's Local View.
The toolset includes a Variants system to save and retrieve the visibility states of multiple collections simultaneously. Users can cycle step-by-step through these configurations or import and export them as JSON files. A dedicated cameras panel complements this workflow, offering operators to list all cameras, set the active camera, frame current views, and rapidly cycle through camera angles from the 3D viewport.
Additionally, Re-View incorporates a non-destructive material override capability. Users can temporarily apply a selected material to specified collections while opting to skip emissive materials, which preserves light sources during Cycles rendering. The original materials can be restored with a single click.
