The PBR Texture & Material Generator is an addon that produces a complete array of physically based rendering maps from a single input image. Working from a viewport panel, users can load a base texture and instruct the tool to generate corresponding normal, height, roughness, and metallic maps. It automatically constructs a node network centered around the Principled BSDF, complete with mapping and texture coordinate nodes.
The interface includes sliders to adjust the intensity of the generated maps on the fly, allowing for quick visual tuning. It also offers a toggle to attempt to make the input texture seamless, which is useful for repeating ground or fabric patterns. Once a material is finalized, the addon provides one-click operators to export all generated texture maps locally, package them into a ZIP file, or immediately mark the setup for use in the Blender Asset Browser.
