This pack provides a collection of mid-poly modular street shop assets that can be used standalone or as an expansion for the Manhattan Modular Buildings pack. The set includes five storefronts, seven billboards, two awnings, four lighted signs, and a menu, all designed to snap together for quick city assembly.

The assets feature standard PBR materials using the metallic-roughness workflow and are optimized for both offline rendering and real-time game engines. The models maintain a low poly-count, totaling around 29,000 faces across the entire collection.
