This modular asset kit contains 141 models for assembling post-apocalyptic buildings and decayed cityscapes. The collection includes 22 wall segments, 14 storefront pieces with doors and trim, and 10 roof segments. To complete the environments, the pack provides 95 detail assets, including foliage, urban props, graffiti, and grunge decals. Two pre-constructed example buildings are also included to demonstrate how the pieces fit together.

The assets utilize textures ranging from 1K to 4K resolution. Brick walls come with three material variants representing different stages of decay: normal, weathered, and mossy. Additionally, the wall meshes include a custom vertex paint material setup within Blender, enabling you to manually paint dirt, damage, and wear directly onto the surfaces. The included .blend file is pre-configured for use with the Asset Browser.
