Mesh Cleaner Pro is an add-on for cleaning and repairing 3D meshes in Blender. It provides automated tools to remove duplicate vertices, degenerate faces, zero-length edges, and loose geometry. The add-on includes an interactive Healing Brush that removes problematic polygons and fills the resulting holes while optionally smoothing the surrounding surface.

Additional diagnostic capabilities allow users to detect sharp normal angles, non-manifold edges, high-density areas, flipped normals, and self-intersections using BVH. The toolset includes adjustable thresholds for specific cleaning tasks and supports both Object and Edit modes. It is optimized for processing models up to 300,000 polygons, making it useful for preparing 3D scans, CAD data, or raw geometry for retopology and 3D printing.
