Images to Video is an add-on that streamlines the process of converting rendered image sequences into video files or GIFs. It integrates directly into the Scene Output properties, providing a dedicated panel for post-render compilation.

The tool offers two main approaches to video creation. The first method automatically generates a Video Sequencer Editor (VSE) scene, importing the rendered images so you can tweak settings before finalizing. The second method bypasses the VSE entirely, utilizing FFmpeg to directly encode the image sequence into a video file. This direct encoding includes three quality presets and features an option to automatically trigger encoding as soon as a render completes.

Additionally, the add-on includes a GIF generation utility. This tool allows you to convert sequences or existing videos into optimized GIFs, with options to resize the output or batch-export variations to find the best dithering settings.
