This product is a collection of four procedural shader node groups—Quick Dirt, Cavity Mask, Edge Mask, and Scratches—designed to generate varying degrees of wear and dirt on 3D models. Because the effects are entirely procedural, they require no external image textures and remain resolution-independent without pixelation.
The shaders default to object mapping but can be adjusted to use UV coordinates within the node setup. These node groups are built exclusively for the Cycles render engine and are not compatible with EEVEE. The included blend file contains a practical example model demonstrating how to layer the effects using color mix nodes, alongside a PDF overview guide.
