This is a custom-built, fully functional character rig for the Valorant agent Fade, tailored for Blender. It provides features to enable detailed character animation and posing, without relying on automated rigging systems like Mixamo or Rigify.
The rig includes an IK/FK switching mechanism with IK stretch capabilities. A custom rig UI and properties panel allows users to toggle bone visibility for different body parts and access settings conveniently. Facial animation is handled by dedicated eyelid controls via a custom action, single-bone lip controls using X-axis mirroring, and an eye-follow toggle to manage gaze behavior. It also includes an adjustable eye glow property. The character incorporates a basic procedural skin shader for improved rendering, which diverges from simple texture applications.
