Designed specifically to balance detail with performance, these models feature modeled facade details while using mapped cubes for interiors to maintain a lightweight footprint.
The included materials generate random variations, such as randomized window blinds, to reduce visible repetition when instancing multiple structures. The setup supports both EEVEE and Cycles render engines and accommodates both daytime and nighttime lighting scenarios. The polycounts for the four buildings range from 21k to 115k faces.
