SpriteFlow is a tool designed to automate the process of generating 2D sprite sheets from 3D models. It provides an automated camera rigging system that supports 6-axis setups for standard 2.5D games, as well as 8-side orbit rigs for isometric characters and directional movement. Users can control orbit distance, elevation, and rig rotation directly from the interface.
The add-on includes a multi-camera batch rendering system that renders all views sequentially while sorting the outputs into structured subfolders. It also offers render optimizations, automatically configuring EEVEE settings for sharp, non-aliased pixel art, enabling transparency, turning on Freestyle outlines, and setting specific pixel resolutions. Finally, it generates combined sprite sheets and animation metadata for export to game engines.
