Blender To Pixels

This compositor-based node setup converts 3D models and completed renders into pixel art within Blender. The tool applies post-render effects to achieve a pixelated aesthetic, bypassing the need for specialized models or custom modifiers. It features automatic dithering, adjustable outlines, and depth-based fog filters.

Users can assign up to eight distinct color ramps for different materials within the scene. The setup allows for rapid prototyping and rendering of animated 3D sequences into pixel art formats, enabling global adjustments to shading style and pixel resolution.
