This collection provides 124 procedural wood shaders for Blender, built around a volumetric generator that simulates tree trunk biology. Because the materials are based on nested 3D cylindrical layers, they produce accurate end grain and edge grain regardless of how the mesh is shaped, cut, or beveled. No UV unwrapping is required to use the materials.
The library includes four main categories: advanced flooring systems, plywood, butcher block, and solid wood. The flooring system offers seven adjustable patterns with controls for plank shape, gap width, and extrusion. The plywood generator mimics the rotary cut method and stacked veneer layers. Users can also modify the underlying wood generator to adjust grain intensity, colors, and density to create custom wood species.
