Window Generator provides operators for adding multiple windows to a 3D model's faces in configurable patterns. Select faces on a mesh to apply grids of windows, adjusting parameters for coverage, random distribution, and dimensions along face axes. It accommodates styling options like corner bevels, edge smoothing, and disabling specific bevel edges to alter the window profile.
The tool assigns materials to generated windows using a slot ID and can selectively apply a secondary material to simulate deactivated lights. Further customization involves adding jitter to window dimensions, handling edge splits for shading, and generating UV seams. It supports mapping orientation adjustments across faces and provides refinement options to clean up topology after generation. It is built to complement workflows using other Configurate generators.
