Tokyo Back Alleys is a comprehensive 3D kitbash collection designed to build realistic Japanese urban environments. The package includes over 250 assets optimized for game engines and standard 3D software.

The collection features 7 high-detail hero building assemblies including a convenience store, office building, izakaya, yakitori shop, sake bar, bike shop, and ramen shop. It also provides 10 background buildings and more than 100 set-dressing elements such as signs, street props, and four distinct bicycle designs.

To populate scenes, the kit includes 4 fully-rigged crowd characters with 70 preset poses, color variations, and 15 character props. The models are optimized, with character polycounts between 70k and 80k polygons. For Blender users, the collection includes Asset Browser integration and Geometry Node setups. The pack features 4K PBR textures and day/night lighting setups for the buildings.
