The Spherecube

An audiovisual project file featuring spheres moving procedurally on the faces of a cube, reacting to audio input. The system is built entirely using Geometry Nodes and Simulation Zones, presenting a core concept without obscured node groups to facilitate studying the setup.

The geometry nodes tree includes labeled nodes and explanations to guide the user. The audio reaction drives the particle flow and is customizable, requiring the user to bake audio to an F-curve on a designated value node. Drivers automate the synchronization across the six faces of the cube, while emission glow and colors can be animated via material keyframes. The file is optimized for rendering in EEVEE.
