SqueakBake is an add-on that automates the synchronization of sound effects to animated objects. Instead of manually matching audio to motion, the tool duplicates NLA soundtracks whenever there is a change in direction or a pause in movement. Accessible from the Speaker Properties panel, it allows users to specify a target object, a designated axis, and an NLA track name to bake the audio setup. The tool monitors changes in object rotation, location, or scale, and includes an experimental sequencer mode for placing sound clips directly in the Video Sequence Editor based on object deformation.
