Split Render Tool is an add-on designed to manage GPU memory limitations by rendering images in automated tiles. It supports rendering at very high resolutions by reducing the VRAM required during the image generation process. The tool includes features for rendering animated border regions and specific object bounds across an animation timeline. It addresses the denoising artifacts typically associated with tile-based rendering by automatically utilizing denoising passes or border overlap methods. The add-on generates a separate Blender file containing the split tiles already merged within the Compositor, preserving View Layers and render passes. It is compatible with both the Cycles and EEVEE render engines.
