R15 Roblox Starter Rigs is a collection of rigged character models designed for rendering and animation in Blender. The package includes seven distinct rig types: Blocky, 2.0, Boy, Woman, Man, Girl, and Superhero/Buff rigs. It also features a library of over 350 classic Roblox faces, upscaled to 4K resolution, which can be applied using the included custom node setup.

The rigs are controlled via custom properties accessible in Blender's N-panel when in Pose mode. Users can select control bones, represented by stars near limbs or a cog above the head, to access specific settings. Limb settings include IK/FK switching, fancy wrist and feet options, finger bones on supported rigs, and fist control for specific models. Global rig settings allow for flipping bones, changing head types, toggling a performance mode, adjusting viewport and render subdivisions, and modifying torso bendiness on the Blocky rig. An optional addon is provided to streamline the process of importing the rigs into a scene.
