QuickSnap

QuickSnap is an interactive snapping tool for Blender that mimics the vertex snapping behavior found in Maya and 3ds Max. It allows users to snap objects, vertices, or curve points to a destination by manually picking the specific source and target points. The tool supports snapping to scene cursors, object origins, vertices, curve points, edge midpoints, and face centers.

The add-on includes a pie menu for rapidly changing the current snap target type. During operations, it can automatically display the wireframe of the target mesh and highlight target vertex edges or face centers to improve readability. Users can constrain translations along specific axes or planes, and an option is provided to use vertex auto-merge directly in Edit Mode after a snap is completed.
