This shader node group allows users to project procedural shapes and textures from meshes or standard area lights. It includes controls for shape selection (square, stripe, sphere, and linear), light strength, texture brightness, and distance falloff. The setup relies on UV coordinates to manipulate gradients and textures from the center.
The tool includes two pre-configured collections: one utilizing a standard Area Light with an empty target for lower noise and spread control, and another using a mesh plane that supports front-face emission and transparent backfaces. Designed exclusively for the Cycles render engine.
