The tool maps the 2D design back onto the curved 3D surface in real time. It features a non-destructive geometry setup that updates the 3D projection immediately as the 2D source geometry is edited. It respects custom normals and split normals for accurate offset direction, supports modifiers like subdivision, and intelligently conforms geometry that extends beyond the UV boundaries to follow the underlying surface curvature.
