This collection provides a set of 3D assets and textures designed for building English city street environments. The models are constructed using high-definition photographs and photoscanning techniques to capture realistic urban details. Included in the set are three standard doors, one garage door, a variety of street signs and notices, a pedestrian crossing button, a trash bin, and an abandoned traffic island bollard.

In addition to the 3D props, the pack contains two unique pavement textures for ground surfaces. It also features custom shader node groups that enable users to apply dynamic rain and dirt effects to their materials.
