This collection provides 10 unique 3D scanned assets designed for building coastal environments, tropical beaches, or rocky shorelines. Each model is fully optimized featuring manual UV unwrapping, a low-poly remeshed topology, and baked lighting removal. The assets include five levels of detail (LODs) to suit different project performance needs. They come with comprehensive PBR material sets, including albedo, normal, roughness, displacement, and ambient occlusion maps, available in resolutions ranging from 2K up to 16K.
