PowerBackup is a utility that allows you to back up and restore your Blender settings and addon preferences. It creates archives containing JSON files of your configurations, allowing you to selectively restore specific items rather than overwriting your entire setup. When restoring an addon's preferences, the tool automatically enables the corresponding addon.

The tool categorizes preferences into groups such as keymaps, themes, system settings, filepaths, and the startup file. It includes a fallback option that saves the raw userpref.blend file inside each backup archive. It integrates into the sidebar or the PowerSave popover panel in the 3D viewport.
