This add-on provides a parametric tool for generating custom 3D mechanical gears. It supports both standard external gears and internal gears, which are created by inputting a negative radius. Users can adjust detailed specifications including the addendum, dedendum, and hole size.

The tool includes features for twist gear detailing and edge bevels. A live generation toggle is provided to temporarily pause calculations, preventing calculation errors when configuring matching sizes for connecting internal and external gears.
