Twisted Extrude

Twisted Extrude is a modeling tool that introduces a specialized extrusion operation for creating curled and twisted geometry. It is designed to quickly generate shapes like pipes, tendrils, and other abstract effects directly from selected faces. The interactive interface functions similarly to Blender's standard extrusion tools, allowing for real-time adjustments before finalizing the operation.

Users have fine control over the extrusion profile, with options to rotate, taper, and adjust the number of subdivisions along the sides of the extruded geometry. The twisting direction can be oriented along the face normal or set to local and global coordinate systems. Faces can be extruded individually or as a connected group, and a preset system allows users to save specific parameter configurations for future use.
