Truee is a procedural tree generation system that constructs detailed 3D trees from root to leaf. It operates via the Asset Browser and can be applied to curves for custom shaping or scattered across meshes to create forests. The generator uses instanced 3D geometry for leaves and twigs rather than flat 2D planes, designed to maintain detail while managing memory usage. Users have comprehensive control over branching structures, gravity influence, and procedural wind animation for the trunk and individual leaves. The tool includes 10 bark materials with displacement and 16 twig variations featuring translucent materials. Additional settings allow users to add customizable flowers, fruits, moss, or snow to the generated trees. To help manage complex scenes, the system includes viewport optimization settings and camera culling to hide geometry outside the camera's view.
