This product provides a complete, high-resolution modern city garden environment ready for rendering. The scene is built to real-world scale, measuring 36 by 36 meters, and features a base polycount of approximately one million vertices before accounting for instanced grass and plants.

The native Blender file includes a complete lighting setup and Cycles materials with embedded 2K and 4K textures, allowing users to simply frame a shot and render. Exported FBX, OBJ, and GLB formats are also provided, though these alternative formats do not include the instanced foliage and branch geometry.
